Urban Roam Co is an Australian-owned and operated online retailer specialising in travel accessories, travel organisation products, bags, travel technology and other travel essentials.

By accessing our website or placing an order with us, you agree to these Terms together with our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, Returns & Refund Policy and other policies made available through our website.

Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer guarantee, right or remedy available to you under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL) or any other right that cannot lawfully be excluded.

These variations do not affect any rights you may have where a product fails to comply with a consumer guarantee under the Australian Consumer Law.

If a product becomes unavailable after you place an order and we are unable to fulfil your purchase, we will contact you and provide an appropriate refund or other available option.

Unless otherwise stated, prices displayed on our Australian website are in Australian Dollars (AUD).

Prices may change from time to time. A price change will not ordinarily affect an order that we have already accepted, except where permitted by law.

Depending on the product and fulfilment method, shipping may be charged separately, offered free where applicable, or incorporated into the product price. Available shipping charges, offers and other applicable costs will be displayed during checkout where relevant.

For many products fulfilled by our international fulfilment partners, express international shipping is incorporated into the product price unless otherwise stated. This refers to the shipping service used following fulfilment and dispatch and does not guarantee a particular order-to-delivery timeframe.

If an obvious pricing or listing error occurs, we may contact you before fulfilling the order to explain the error and provide available options. Nothing in this section limits any rights you have under applicable law.

6. Orders

When placing an order, you agree to provide accurate and complete information necessary for us to process and deliver your purchase.

After you submit an order, you will generally receive an electronic order confirmation.

We reserve the right to decline or cancel an order where reasonably necessary, including where:

A product is unavailable.
We cannot obtain authorisation for payment.
We reasonably suspect fraudulent or unauthorised activity.
There is an obvious pricing, description or system error.
An order breaches applicable law or these Terms.

If we cancel an order after payment has been received, we will refund amounts paid for the cancelled products as required.

8. Shipping & Delivery

We ship orders in accordance with our Shipping Policy.

Urban Roam Co is an Australian-owned and operated online retailer. Products purchased from us may be held and dispatched from within Australia or fulfilled and dispatched directly by one of our international fulfilment partners.

The dispatch location may vary depending on the product, stock availability and fulfilment arrangements.

Products specifically identified as “Australian Stock” or “Ships from Australia” will be dispatched from within Australia. Products fulfilled internationally will not be represented by Urban Roam Co as Australian stock or as shipping from Australia.

For many internationally fulfilled products, express international shipping is incorporated into the product price unless otherwise stated. Express shipping refers to the shipping service used after an order has been prepared and dispatched. Processing and fulfilment time occurs before carrier transit and may vary depending on product availability and the fulfilment location.

For internationally fulfilled products sent to Australian customers using express international delivery services, customers should generally allow approximately 5–10 business days from the date the order is placed for processing and delivery. This is an estimate rather than a guaranteed delivery timeframe.

Delivery estimates displayed on our website, during checkout or otherwise communicated to you are estimates rather than guaranteed delivery dates unless expressly stated otherwise.

Orders containing multiple products may be fulfilled from different locations or warehouses. This means products from the same order may be dispatched separately, arrive in multiple parcels or arrive at different times.

Where tracking is available, tracking information will generally be provided after dispatch. For internationally fulfilled orders, tracking may transfer between international and local delivery networks during transit.

Delivery times may be affected by circumstances outside our reasonable control, including fulfilment delays, courier delays, customs processing, weather events, peak periods, public holidays and other disruptions.

If you require an order before a particular cruise, flight, holiday or other travel date, we recommend allowing additional time and contacting us before ordering if you are uncertain whether the expected delivery timeframe is suitable.

Our use of Australian or international fulfilment partners, postal services and courier services does not exclude, restrict or modify any rights or remedies you may have under the Australian Consumer Law or other applicable law.

9. Returns, Refunds & Consumer Guarantees

Our Returns & Refund Policy explains our voluntary 30-day change-of-mind return policy and how to request a return.

In addition to our voluntary return policy, products purchased from Urban Roam Co come with consumer guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.

Among other things, goods must be of acceptable quality, match their description and be fit for any purpose that was made known where the relevant consumer guarantee applies.

Where a product fails to meet an applicable consumer guarantee, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement, refund or other remedy depending on the circumstances and applicable law.

Our 30-day change-of-mind period does not limit the period during which you may have rights in relation to faulty products under the Australian Consumer Law.

Many Urban Roam Co products are designed to assist with travel, organisation, security, comfort or convenience.

You are responsible for using products in accordance with any supplied instructions, warnings and intended uses.

Airline, airport, cruise line, transport and destination requirements can vary and may change without notice. Product descriptions referring to travel suitability, carry-on use, cruise use, airline compatibility or similar features should not be treated as a guarantee that a product will comply with every individual operator's requirements.

You should check applicable requirements with your airline, cruise line, transport provider or relevant authority before travelling where necessary.

Nothing in this section limits any consumer guarantee or other right that cannot legally be excluded.

11. Travel Information & Website Content

Travel guides, articles, tips, packing information and other editorial content published by Urban Roam Co are provided for general informational purposes.

Travel rules, visa requirements, entry conditions, airline policies, cruise requirements, government advice and other travel information can change.

You should verify important travel information with the relevant government authority, airline, cruise operator or other official source before relying on it.

12. Reviews & User Content

Where our website allows you to submit product reviews, photographs, comments or other content, you are responsible for the content you submit.

You must not submit content that is unlawful, misleading, defamatory, abusive, infringes another person's rights or contains malicious material.

Where you submit content for publication on our website, you grant Urban Roam Co a non-exclusive licence to use, reproduce and display that content for purposes reasonably connected with operating and promoting our business, subject to applicable law and our Privacy Policy.
